Downstairs has a full kitchen, living room and dining room along with a spacious laundry room. This property is newly renovated with all new appliances. Guest will have access to the entire home

"My sister and I stayed here for one month following my bone marrow transplant at UVA. I needed to be close to the hospital for my daily checkups and in case of complications. The unit is quite close and easy to get to the hospital from. The unit was clean and comfortable. The AC works very well and is easily adjustable. When we had a minor issue with the door lock Paulette & Tony responded right away with a quick fix. Overall it was a good stay and met my needs."
