Welcome to our charming rancher-style home in the heart of the Belmont area of Charlottesville Virginia! Enjoy the convenience of being within walking distance to popular restaurants, bars, and the historical Downtown Mall. With a quick drive to the UVA Campus and the historic Monticello, you’ll have the best of both worlds. Our home is professionally cleaned after each stay, making it the perfect retreat for your stay!
The space
This home has two bedrooms, one queen bed in each room. Both rooms have flat screen T.V.'s. The living room has ample space with a flat screen TV, and a mini fridge for your convenience.
Our guest will have access to two clean private bed rooms, and one private bath. Linens and bath towels provided. Shared large backyard with outdoor patio seating, and a gazebo.

"Definitely enjoyed and appreciated the hospitality of the hosts in providing a mini-fridge filled with beverages for our consumption in the living room, as well as, a small bag of delicious candied nuts to snack on during our stay. Their home was comfortable, clean and conveniently situated in the Belmont neighborhood allowing us to easily access downtown C'ville and explore the nearby wineries and UNESCO heritage sites of UVA and Monticello."
